Renters’ Registration

NOTE: A Shareowner may rent his/her Lot provided that all of the following requirements are met. At least one (1) of the Renter is of age 55 or more. No occupant may be under the age of 40 years. Valid ID is required for age verification. All occupants must be first approved by the BOD prior to renting at Regal Ridge. All occupants must comply with all the Rules & Regulations of the Cooperative and Corporation.
